Closing day is the finish line. It represents closure, transition, and often a mix of emotions. Pride, relief, and excitement are common.
Before closing, the home should be fully moved out and cleaned unless otherwise agreed. At closing, you sign final documents, and once everything is recorded, the sale is complete.
Keys, garage openers, and access items are handed over according to the contract. Funds are distributed, and the chapter officially closes.
I stay involved until the very end to make sure everything goes smoothly. Closing day should feel like a win, not a hurdle.
