Once your home goes under contract, the focus shifts from marketing to execution. This phase can feel overwhelming if you do not know what to expect, but it does not have to be.
After contract acceptance, the buyer completes inspections and finalizes financing. An appraisal is ordered to confirm value. If repair requests come up, we address them calmly and strategically.
During this time, I manage communication with the buyer’s agent, lender, and title company. You are kept informed without being overwhelmed.
